NEWBORN Suite

Bringing your baby home brings lots of joy and excitement and with that many questions and concerns. At Pediatric Associates of Westmoreland we want to be here for you and your child. 

Our state of the art Newborn and Lactation Suite, located on the lower level of our Greensburg office, was designed to facilitate the transition from hospital to home. We are fully staffed with board certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Many of our clinicians are also International Board Certified Lactation Consultants, available to nursing mothers.

Our facility offers a soothing, modern environment for your infant from birth to 9 months of age as well as lactation support for new mothers. A child will have access to the newborn suite during routine check ups and non-contagious visits during the first 9 months of life.

A playroom is available for families with multiple children whom are over the age of 9 months. Only the newborn and the parent may enter the newborn suite. If your children are unable to stay in the playroom, we will happily schedule you upstairs.
